The terms that apply when you book a repair, installation, AMC plan, or buy an RO purifier from Amrit Water Technology.

01.Stage One

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting amritwatertechnology.in, submitting a booking form, calling, messaging us on WhatsApp, or availing any service from Amrit Water Technology (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

02.Stage Two

Our Services

We provide RO water purifier repair, installation, filter replacement, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), water softener service, TDS checks, and sale of new purifiers, across Jammu & Kashmir, Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Nurpur, Kathua, Udhampur, Samba, Batala, Kangra and nearby areas (near Amritsar). Service availability in a specific location is confirmed at the time of booking and is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

03.Stage Three

Booking, Inspection & Pricing

  • Bookings can be made via our website form, phone call, or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon–Sat, 8 AM – 8 PM).
  • Our “Same Day Service” and “2–4 hour” response commitments are targets based on technician availability in your area and may vary during high demand, adverse weather, or in remote locations.
  • Inspection/diagnosis is provided free of cost. No repair charges are applied until you approve the estimate given by our technician.
  • Final pricing depends on the actual parts, labour, and travel required and is confirmed before work begins — the quoted price is the price you pay, barring any additional issues discovered and separately approved during the visit.

04.Stage Four

Payments

Payment for repairs, installation, spare parts, AMC plans, or products is due at the time of service completion or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and standard digital payment modes as communicated by our team. Prices for products and services are subject to change without prior notice, though any price already quoted and accepted for a confirmed booking will be honoured.

05.Stage Five

Warranty & AMC Plans

  • Service warranty — repairs and installations carried out by us carry a service warranty covering our workmanship and the specific part replaced, for a period communicated to you at the time of service.
  • Lifetime warranty offer — where advertised, this applies only to filtration systems installed by us and remains valid only for as long as the customer is enrolled in an active Filter Care Plan / AMC with us; it does not cover misuse, tampering, or third-party servicing.
  • Manufacturer warranty — for new purifiers purchased through us, the original brand (Kent, Aquaguard, Livpure, Pureit, HUL, Blue Star, etc.) warranty terms apply separately and are honoured as per that manufacturer’s policy.
  • AMC plans cover the specific services listed in your chosen plan (e.g., periodic servicing, filter replacement, priority support) for the contracted duration. AMC plans do not cover damage from power surges, external tampering, water quality outside normal parameters, or force majeure events.

06.Stage Six

Product Purchases

We offer genuine, OEM-grade products and spare parts. Product images shown on our website are representative; actual tank capacity, dimensions or accessories may vary slightly by unit. Free installation, where offered with a purchase, applies to standard installation conditions — additional plumbing, wiring, or wall-mounting work outside the standard scope may attract extra charges, communicated before work begins.

07.Stage Seven

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us before the technician is dispatched, with no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched or has reached your location, a reasonable visit/inspection charge may apply, which will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

08.Stage Eight

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details, address, and access to the installation/service site at the agreed time.
  • Ensure a responsible adult is present during the service visit.
  • Inform us of any known issues (electrical, plumbing, water source) that may affect the service.
  • Use the purifier as per the instructions provided and avoid unauthorised repairs, which may void warranty coverage.

09.Stage Nine

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver reliable, professional service, Amrit Water Technology shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, pre-existing plumbing or electrical faults, water quality issues beyond our control, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (such as weather, road conditions, or supply shortages of spare parts). Our liability for any claim relating to a specific service or product is limited to the amount paid by you for that service or product.

10.Stage Ten

Brand Names & Trademarks

Kent, Aquaguard, Livpure, Pureit, HUL, Blue Star and other brand names mentioned on our website are trademarks of their respective owners. Amrit Water Technology provides independent sales, repair, installation and maintenance services for these brands; unless explicitly stated, we are not an authorised representative of these manufacturers, and references to these brands are made only to describe the products and models we service or sell.

11.Stage Eleven

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pathankot, Punjab.

12.Stage tw0elve

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. The “Effective from” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
