- Service & product information — the brand/model of your RO purifier, installation address, and service history, used to schedule technician visits and track warranty or AMC status.
- Basic website usage data — such as pages visited and device/browser type, collected automatically to keep the site running smoothly.
02.Stage Two
Why We Collect It
Your information is used only for genuine business purposes, including to:
- Respond to your enquiry and confirm service bookings, typically within 30 minutes during working hours.
- Assign a certified technician to your area and share the necessary details for the visit.
- Provide free inspections, cost estimates, and process approved repairs or installations.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules, filter replacement reminders, and service history.
- Send service updates, quotes, or offers relevant to RO purifiers and water treatment.
- Improve our services, website and customer experience.
- Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements where applicable.
03.Stage Three
Who We Share It With
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It may be shared only in these limited situations:
- Our technicians and service staff, so they can carry out the visit you requested.
- Service tools we rely on — such as WhatsApp (for call/chat support) and Google Maps (for location and directions) — solely to deliver our service to you.
- Legal or regulatory authorities, only if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
- A successor business, in the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of Amrit Water Technology — with the same privacy protections carried forward.
Note: Brand names such as Kent, Aquaguard, Livpure, Pureit and HUL mentioned on our website refer to the purifier brands we service or sell — we do not automatically share your data with these manufacturers unless a warranty claim specifically requires it, and only with your knowledge.

Our services are intended for use by adults booking household or commercial RO services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
