Q 1.How do I know which filter is actually due?
The technician checks flow rate and TDS on each stage during the visit and only replaces what’s needed — you’re not charged for unused cartridges.
Q 2.Do you carry filters for every brand?
Yes, for Kent, Aquaguard, LG, Livpure, Pureit and most other brands sold in India. Share your model number when booking.
Q 3.What's the difference between the kit and the subscription?
The kit is a one-time visit; the subscription books two kit changes automatically across the year at a lower combined price.
Q 4.Can I combine a filter change with an AMC?
Yes — both AMC plans already include scheduled filter changes, so you wouldn’t need this service separately once enrolled.
